INDUSTRIAL STRIP BRUSH SERIES
The elevator brush is installed on the lower edge of the escalator, which can prevent injuries and accidents caused by falling objects. The elevator brush is divided into single row and double row, which is suitable for all major escalator brands. The main role of the escalator brush is to block the gap between the escalator skirt and the ladder, to prevent customers from accidentally standing too close to both sides when riding, resulting in the gap clamp: trouser feet, skirt, crocs and so on, resulting in accidents.
Installation method:
1.both ends of the installation position: into the step comb teeth intersect the line before the start of installation, basically at 5 cm;
2.installation height: the high point of the ladder parallel line to the top 2.5-5cm.
Customizable details
The substrate includes stainless steel, electrolytic plate, galvanized plate, and low-carbon steel plate.
The brush length can be customized.
The color can be customized as well.
The thicknesses of the steel strip base are 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, and 12mm.
The brushing wire consists of materials like nylon wire, sisal wire, wool wire, PP wire, steel wire, stainless steel wire, copper plated wire, purple copper wire, abrasive wire, and so on.
